Know Before The Appointment 

 

ARRIVALPlease plan ahead to arrive well in advance in case of traffic or other unexpected delays. The appointment starts at the scheduled time, and you won't want to miss any part of it.

 

LATE: If you arrive 15 or more minutes late your appointment will automatically be canceled or rescheduled.

 

NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment, your next visit will include a 10% cancellation fee.

 

RESCHEDULE FEE: You can reschedule your appointment two times per year with no charge. The next rescheduling will include a 10% rescheduling fee. 

 

ANIMALS: Pets and service animals are prohibited. 

 

BELONGINGS: Large items such as a luggage or grocery bags are not allowed in the spa.

 

CHILDREN: Children 12 years and older waiting for you at the spa should keep quiet and not play with spa décor or equipment. You will be charged the cost of any damage caused by your children. Infants 1 year or younger may be kept next to you in a car seat. Visits with children between 1 and 12 year old must be scheduled by phone to make appropriate accommodations.

GIFT CERTIFICATE: Gift certificates are are valid for one year after purchase.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: You can return unused products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
